The Doktor A exclusive for Dragon*Con 2009 is on it's way to Hotlanta for fans. Limited to only 100 pieces at the convention and 50 pieces for ATS members and the artist, the "De-Commissioned" edition will certainly be highly sough after as the good Doktor's makes his first US appearance.
