In its 8th year, we knew organizers had to be doing something right. This past weekend we found out exactly why Toy Con was such a tremendous success. While vinyl and art toys may be totally new, the event proved to be a crowd pleaser. Toy Con was amazing because of the warmth and smiles of the many local fans! Everyone had a wonderful time, including our MINDstyle family.
Stitch and the custom art tour were the stars of our booth. Fans of all ages seemed to be the really enjoy the photo opportunities.
But wait, you never know who you’ll run into at a Toy Con!
MINDstylist and racer car driver Gaby Dela Mercede was on hand to debut her custom Stitch and meet fans.
Even, the media wanted to know all about vinyl and art toys. Hong Kong artist Tim Tsui and MINDstyle creative director Toby HK were happy to spread the good word.
Toy Con was jammed packed and a huge success. Thanks to everyone who made our participation so enjoyable, especially Frederick and our local MINDstyle family, Tim Tsui and Toby Hk for taking the time to sketch and sign for huge crowds, and DJ Biggs for keeping the vibe chill with the hot sounds.
